Hardi NK
The HARDI NK sprayer has been around since the 1970s for a reason. It is one of the most versatile, smaller lift-mounted sprayers ever built.
There is a lot to be said for upholding a proven design like this. It has been tweaked to perfection over time. The NK may fall short of the glitzy features of modern, automated sprayers, but that is, in fact, its strength. Simple, strong, reliable and easy to service, it is loved by farmers around the world.
The NK is ideal for traditional or smaller farms and for horticulture, viticulture, orchards and grasslands. It is also favoured for golf and turf spraying. Despite its simplicity, the NK offers far more features and options than you would expect from a sprayer in this class.
Nimble but tough booms
The HARDI NK is a compact sprayer fitted with manually folded booms of 6, 8, 10 or 12 m (single or 2-fold). The booms are fitted directly to the tank frame. They are sturdy and reliable booms designed with a long lifespan in mind.
All NK booms are designed with an adjustable, spring-loaded, break-away section to protect the tip in case of accidental encounters with obstacles in the field.
The height of the boom can be adjusted manually or hydraulically from the tractor. When working with crops above 50 cm in the EU, regulations require an additional boom lift.
An optional hydraulic feature folds the boom arms to a full vertical position, useful for squeezing through tight places on the golf course, for example.
No dripping from nozzles
The single SNAP-FIT nozzle holders have a built-in non-drip diaphragm check valve. The non-drip valve ensures no dripping from the nozzles when the main on/off is closed. The SNAP-FIT system furthermore ensures that all nozzles are in the correct position. A large range of high quality HARDI nozzles is available to suit any spray task.
Hands-on control
The NK line comes equipped with the unique HARDI BK-180 control unit for accurate and reliable application of plant protection products. The unit offers a range of features:
- Main on/off - diverts all liquid back to the tank
- Safety valve
- Pressure gauge, filter and agitation valve
- MInimum of 3 distribution valves with constanct pressure system
- HARDI-MATIC for constant application rate regardless of RPM varations
